support.
Training Needs
TEC
was engaged to develop an internal training curriculum including
both management development and technical subject matter.
TEC was assigned to develop and deliver the management courses,
and define a certification program for managers to teach
the courses.
EcoWater
had no technical training for critical operating processes.
TEC
was asked to develop training materials for numerous technical
courses by working with subject matter experts. These subject
matter experts were trained in course development for future
courses, as well as presentation and delivery of the courses.
